Who We Are

The founder and CEO of Practical Business Ally, Kim Whitley-Gaynor, is equipped to aid your business growth efforts.  She has the following skills and expertise:

• 7 years experience in business development, public procurement industry
• 3 years experience managing government contracts
• 6 years project and program management experience managing training and documentation, technology deployment and manufacturing/production projects
• B.S. and M.S. in accounting

Kim's focus is on applying these abilities along with her tenaciousness and detail-oriented nature to help you achieve your professional dreams.

Prior to launching Practical Business Ally, Kim served as a business development manager,  proposal manager, and project manager for a Fortune 100 company specializing in IT equipment and services.  Prior to that, Kim was a contract manager for a county government agency. Kim's experience also includes project management for a large motor manufacturer.

On a personal note, Kim is a native Texan and recently married the man of her dreams.
